[Neurodebian-users] Fatal Error in Update Manager (and Synaptic Package Manager)

what if you do in a terminal

sudo apt-get update

and then if any error/crash cut/paste output here?

possible workaround (if I see problem right) also could be to

sudo rm /var/lib/apt/lists/*
# it would complain that partial is a dir -- it is ok
sudo apt-get update

and then try starting update manager again
