[Neurodebian-users] unable to disable grid engine for FSL

Hi,

For some reason all my FSL jobs keep being sent to our gridengine, unsetting FSLPARALLEL on the command line and/or in /etc/fsl/fsl.sh has no effect. I have been unable to track the culprit, perhaps this is a neurodebian bug?

I am running FSL 4.1.9 on Debian Squeeze.
