This hasn't been reported yet. I don't see it happening for me. I
suspect that something in your setup is triggering an FSLPARALLEL
setting. Do you, maybe, have a per-user FSL config file
($HOME/.fslconf/fsl.sh)?

After you have sourced the main config file at /etc/fsl/4.1/fsl.sh
what is FSLPARALLEL set to?
