[Neurodebian-users] fsl or debian problem?

Dear NeuroD's
I am trying to run an FSL command, which seems to work for a while and then crashes. I think it may be a problem of the system rather than FSL because up until now all commands were fine.
My error msg is:
ERROR: No such directory: /media/sf_host/TBSS_ECMO_vs_CON/FA
which is not true, as this directory does exist.
Could this be a problem with permissions (as this is a shared folder with my PC's hard drive)?
Thank you for your help!
z
