Hi list,
I observed that the Debain's version of the package libbiosig1 (to be more
precise: libbiosig1_1.4.1-1~nd+1_amd64.deb) contains the libbiosig.so which is
linked against libcholmod.so:
/usr/lib/libbiosig.so:
linux-vdso.so.1 => (0x00007fff965ff000)
libz.so.1 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libz.so.1 (0x00007f1c0dff6000)
libcholmod.so.1.7.1 => /usr/lib/libcholmod.so.1.7.1 (0x00007f1c0dd0e000)
libstdc++.so.6 => /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libstdc++.so.6 (0x00007f1c0da06000)
libm.so.6 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libm.so.6 (0x00007f1c0d784000)
libgcc_s.so.1 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgcc_s.so.1 (0x00007f1c0d56e000)
libc.so.6 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6 (0x00007f1c0d1e3000)
libblas.so.3 => /usr/lib/libblas.so.3 (0x00007f1c0cf43000)
liblapack.so.3 => /usr/lib/liblapack.so.3 (0x00007f1c0c264000)
libamd.so.2.2.0 => /usr/lib/libamd.so.2.2.0 (0x00007f1c0c05a000)
libcolamd.so.2.7.1 => /usr/lib/libcolamd.so.2.7.1 (0x00007f1c0be53000)
/lib64/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2 (0x00007f1c0e504000)
libgfortran.so.3 => /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgfortran.so.3
(0x00007f1c0bb3d000)
libquadmath.so.0 => /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libquadmath.so.0
(0x00007f1c0b907000)
where as Ubuntu's version (to be more precise:
libbiosig1_1.4.1-1~nd12.10+1_amd64.deb) is not linked against libcholdmod.so:
./libbiosig.so.1.4.1:
linux-vdso.so.1 => (0x00007fffac9d9000)
libstdc++.so.6 => /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libstdc++.so.6 (0x00007f67219a2000)
libm.so.6 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libm.so.6 (0x00007f6721720000)
libgcc_s.so.1 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgcc_s.so.1 (0x00007f6721509000)
libc.so.6 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6 (0x00007f672117f000)
/lib64/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2 (0x00007f6722026000)
Which gives us some linker errors within Ubuntu:
http://www.openwalnut.org/issues/103. Is this different linking intended? I
believe this is an error but I am not sure. I just wanted to let you know. If
I can be of any help please let me know.
Cheers,
Mathias
