[Neurodebian-users] FSLView

Hi,
i am using ubuntu 12.04, have installed fsl 5 as described on home page and fsl is working. Also fslview and the atlases are working. The only problem is snapshot-function. As I open a standard MNI.nii.gz and overlay a statistical map on it and use the snapshot I see in the following image only the statistical map overlaid on a Caro-pattern background. Can someone help with that.
