[Neurodebian-users] BUG: Afni on ubuntu 12.04.

I've been working on a migration to ubuntu 12.04 in a lab setting and have come across the following problem with the neurodebian afni install:


~> 3dSkullStrip -input anatomyfile.nii.gz

3dSkullStrip: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/afni/lib/libSUMA.so: undefined symbol: Extract_Gradient_Maxima_3D


On Natty there are no problems, with same arch, afni version.

Anyone have any ideas?
