[Neurodebian-users] fsl ubuntu installation problem

Dear neurodebian
experts;


I am trying to
install  FSL 5 on ubuntu 12.4 but I have faced problem I did
step by step according to FSL installation manual


1. added
neurodebian  repository


2.sudo apt-get
update


3. sudo
apt-install fsl – complete ?( I even try sudo apt-get install fsl
fsl-complete) and ($ sudo apt-get install fsl fsl-doc fslview
fslview-doc fsl-atlases fsl-possum-data fsl-first-data fsl-feeds
dicomnifti libvtk5-dev vtk-examples vtk-doc)


 


But I still
can not install it correctly .

dpkg: dependency
problems prevent configuration of fsl:


 fsl-core
(5.0.7-4~nd12.04+1) breaks fsl (<< 5.0.3) and is
installed.


  Version of
fsl to be configured is 4.1.8-1ubuntu1.


dpkg: error
processing fsl (--configure):


 dependency
problems - leaving unconfigured


No apport report
written because MaxReports is reached already
