[Neurodebian-users] FSL5.0 Feat problems on Neurodebian

Dear experts,
I just installed the latest version of Neurodebian on a Windows7 PC (64bit) (on virtual box) and the FSL5.0-complete on it. The installation process went well without any error message. However, when I try to use Feat, I got two problems:
1. After FSL5.0 (complete version) installation, it appears under 'Application Menu->Education'. If I launch FSL5.0 from here, I can specify my Feat model without a problem using Feat GUI (I also saved it as 'design.fsf'). But I noticed that the host folder appears as '/media/sf_host/' instead of '/mnt/host'. After clicking Go, a 'S01.feat' folder was created and there is a file called 'feat1' under folder 'S01.feat/logs'. The message in this file is the following:========/bin/cp /tmp/feat_AstyoC.fsf design.fsf
/usr/share/fsl/5.0/bin/feat_model design
mkdir .files;cp /usr/share/fsl/5.0/doc/fsl.css .files;ln -s /usr/share/fsl/5.0/doc/images .files/images
FATAL ERROR ENCOUNTERED ========
2. If I launch Feat GUI by typing 'Feat' in a terminal after cd to the folder '/mnt/host/S01', I can successfully select the 4D file. However, when I try to specify the output directory after clicking the browse button, I got the following error message:=========couldn't read directory "/mnt/host/S01/ /": not a directorycouldn't read directory "/mnt/host/S01/ /": not a directory while executing"glob -nocomplain * $dirpatmatch " (procedure "feat_file:LoadDirIntoLists" line 28) invoked from within"feat_file:LoadDirIntoLists w0" (procedure "feat_file:setup_dialog" line 106) invoked from within"feat_file:setup_dialog $path $output $var_filhis $var_selhis [namespace current] $filetypes $title $command $dirasfile" (procedure "FileEntry::OpenFile" line 18) invoked from within"FileEntry::OpenFile .r.nb.fdata.outputdir" ("uplevel" body line 1) invoked from within"uplevel \#0 $cmd" (procedure "Button::_release" line 19) invoked from within"Button::_release .r.nb.fdata.outputdir.b" (command bound to event)===========I got the same error message if I cd to /media/sf_host in a terminal and then launch Feat GUI.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
Best,
Meng
