Hi Diksha,

If you meant you installed fsl-4.1.9, I think fslview is not installed
with default settings.
You need to do the following;

$ sudo apt-get install fslview

In addition, in Ubuntu, you need to type

$ fslview

not FSLview (It's case-sensitive).
