To follow up on this, I asked on the FSL mailing list. Turns out that
it is likely a bug on the wrapper script, since running plain "sienax"
works correctly (at least, on some test MRs). If that's ok, I'm going
to go ahead and open a bug report on fsl-5.0-complete.
