[Neurodebian-users] NEWMAT::SingularException

Hi,
We have recently started getting:

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'NEWMAT::SingularException'

Exception after running fnirt on fresh ubuntu installs (see here for a full

The FSL mailing list suggests this is related to updates to other libraries
and should be fixed in 5.0.9. Are there plans to include 5.0.9 in
neurodebian soon?
