[Neurodebian-users] MRtrix and nipype

Hello there,

Does anyone use nipype and MRtrix with their VM Neurodebian, and would you
be so good as to help me figure out what paths need being set in the
.bashrc so that nipype will be able to run commands like the MRConvert?
