[Neurodebian-users] python-sklearn 0.14-1 getting picked up on Ubuntu 14.04

Hi Neurodebian maintainers,

I am a bit confused: on one of travis jobs, we are using neurodebian as a
source, but are picking up 0.14.1 eventhough under neurodebian for Ubuntu
14.04, python-sklearn is supposed to be 0.18-1:

Is it because a mirror not synched correctly, or are we confused and
doing something wrong?
