[Neurodebian-users] NiBabel 2.2.0 breaks fsleyes 0.10.1-2 on Testing

Hi,

it seems to me that the culprit is the 'fslpy' package that "monkey
patches" the read_segments() function from NiBabel. The signature of
this function changed in Nibabel 2.2.0. Hence, all software using this
bit of fslpy is broken, including the latest fsleyes 0.15.1.

I could not find a fix in the fslpy source repo. I am CC'ing the fslpy
author.

@Paul: could you please ping me when there is a fix. Thanks!

Once I have this fix, I will roll out updates for packages:

indexed_gzip
fslpy
fsleyes-props
fsleyes-widgets
fsleyes
