[Nut-upsdev] Powerware 3105 (USB) in FreeBSD

Hi Fredrik.
The bcmxcp_usb driver support the PW3105. But it depends on the libusb.
Don't know if it compiles and run under freebsd.
You find it in the Testing or development branch of the nut-cvs.
