[Nut-upsdev] apc-hid in 2.0.3

Gentlemen,

Now that all the nice new infrastructure in newhidups, libusb, and libhid
has been backported to 2.0.3, what are the chances that apc-hid could be
upgraded to version 0.9? Yes this is largely a question of selfinterest, it 
would be nice if I could move from a local build to an official release.
