[Nut-upsdev] Powerware 9125 working w/ SNMP

Hi

Patch attached. Currently, PW driver is not much different
from IETF driver. My original intention was to add more OIDs from
PW MIB but I never had time to do that. It would be great if somebody
(Niels?) could finish it.
