[Nut-upsdev] new ups for database?

Peter, 

One thing I have noticed is that the /dev/usb/hiddev0 device disappears 
after probing, no dmesg or anything to say it's been disconnected either. 
This could be an issue with my udev based system though.  Anyway here's the
