[Nut-upsdev] Reserve '_' in driver names?

That doesn't work. The configuration in 'ups.conf' requires both a
'driver' and 'port' (these are the minimum required parameters for UPSes
that don't support autodetection, see also 'man 5 ups.conf'). Since it is
impossible to know in advance which driver is needed, you'd need an entry
for every driver that supports autodetection.

This doesn't support the situation where more than one UPS is attached.
UPS ID's need to be unique.

See my followup message. I'd prefer to configure UPS'es that support
hot(un)plugging without 'ups.conf' entries.
