Again, this is a missing dependency. Add
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/sbrabec:/backports/openSUSE_10.3/x86_64/nut-cgi-2.2.2-66.1.x86_64.rpm and you'll probably be
fine.
Basically, a NUT installation on newer openSUSE systems would either contain
nut (documentation and drivers)
nut-classic (configuration files, startup script, server and clients)
nut-cgi (optional web interface)
nut-drivers-net (optional SNMP and XML drivers)
or
nut (documentation and drivers)
nut-hal (HAL enabled drivers)
So it seems that you missed installing a couple of RPMs.
