Checkout the latest version from the trunk (r1528). Although this  
board seems to have two ambient probe inputs, this currently only  
supports probe 1. We'll have to see if (and how) we are going to deal  
with multiple inputs.

Unfortunately the HID paths to the four inputs this card also has are  
all identical. Currently NUT can't handle that, so I left this out.
