I don't know about this one:

Should it be 5. I don't have any access to them. So if you or any in the
team don't have them, it should be set to 4 like the Compaq.

The other seems OK, as I know you have access to them.
I have the 3105(usb) 5115(serial) and 5125(serial/snmp).
