- I've worked with Eaton provided resources and budgets on the graphical
side of NUT.
This commit represent the result of this, though we've failed to produce a
banner and a refreshed icon.
The more generic notion of power devices (considering PDU and SCD) is also
not yet present.
This is so still to be addressed, probably in "community mode", using some
provided bases.

If some of you are interested in working on this, please drop me a mail.

- I have the root SVG file underhand. The only thing is that it weights 3.8
MB in Inkscape SVG format.
Switching it to compressed Inkscape SVG (.svgz) shrinks down to 432 KB,
which is more acceptable for adding to SVN.
I don't see an added value in storing the raw SVG (which is just XML) though
in SVN.
So apart if someone comes up to prove me I'm wrong, I'll commit the svgz in
docs/images/, so that we have means to improve / complete these graphics in
the future.
Obviously, this file won't get distributed in tarballs.

- these graphics are in production, on www.networkupstools.org, features
page: http://www.networkupstools.org/features.html
Just remember to refresh your browser's cache!

cheers,
Arnaud
