To my knowledge there is currently no EPEL repository packages for CentOS 7. However the USB UPS is recognised when downloading and building from the NUT source (http://www.networkupstools.org/source/2.7/nut-2.7.2.tar.gz).

After 2.7.2 was released, Arnaud noticed that the udev rules were being overridden:

https://github.com/networkupstools/nut/issues/140

"The fix is simply to set priority to 62 by renaming the rules file:
$ mv /lib/udev/rules.d/{5,6}2-nut-usbups.rules
"

Please confirm if this fixes things on CentOS 6.5.
