[Nut-upsdev] [HCL] <Fideltronik INIGO> <Viper 1200> supported by <nutdrv_qx>

All test are done with "Auto Start" switch set to On.

Load from 0 to 12-15 % are shown as zero,  heavier loads are shown
correctly.

Shutdown time:
S00 -> 30s
S01 -> 60s
S02 -> 120s
