[Nut-upsdev] Add support for Ablerex Dk+ #979

Dear Wolfy,

The below table is a description of the new driver as we provide.
Include
a.Add NUT Function List
b.Add NUT's function for Each UPS model List


P.S We only modify the blazer_usb of the driver to comply add NUT function
