[Nut-upsuser] Gentoo Ultra USB UPS

I could not find a newhidups
locate newhidups
/lib/nut/newhidups
/usr/share/man/man8/newhidups.8.gz
no executable newhidups file

However when I run
/usr/sbin/upsd -DDD
I get
