[Nut-upsuser] newhidups failing with Nova 1100 on FC5

bad news: a quick diff between my spec and the one used in FC5 (v2.0.2) 
shows no difference related to the usb bus. actually the differences are 
related only to the files included, due to the some changes in the code.
if someone (anyone ) has a hint, please don't be shy :)
