That did the trick. Thank  you. Normal OL battery voltage hovers around 14.2 
14.3 I set the lowbattvolt parameter to 12.5 and my computer shutdown cleanly 
after unplugging the ups and the Battery Voltage dropped to 12.5. Thank you.
