Say, like..
kiruna# cat /usr/local/etc/devd/MGE-EXtreme.conf
attach 10 {
        match "vendor" "0x0463";
        match "product" "0xffff";
        action "chmod 664 /dev/$device-name*";
        action "chown nutmon:wheel /dev/$device-name*";

Although this presupposes you run NUT as the nutmon user which the port 
doesn't support out of the box alas.
