Yes it is talking to the ups. But when it request the config_block it
seems not to be implemented. The answer you get is telling me that
it is a command_Acknowledge block returned.
The received Requst command for config_block should be 6 and you got
9. This maybe telling the driver that it is not implemented.

What we can do is to check the return value and skip this, but
then you don't get the status.topology_mask and nominal voltage.
Can you check if there is any firmware update for your ups, as
the config_block request was implemented on Revision U of the
protocol. And the prestige ups is listed in the answer.
