sorry for the lag in answered, but I'm still a bit busy...

first, can you send me an "upsc" output.
second, have you configured nut using the MGE PSP, or made any exotic
configuration?

there is no reason for the UPS to launch the shutoff (UPS poweroff)
command without request, so either there is a shutdown timer, or maybe
a firmware bug.
