I was not able to install MGE PSP on my redhat Enterprise Edition 4.0, so I took the last tarball of nut (nut-2.0.4) and installed manually.

Appart from this problem of autoshutdown of the UPS, everything works great (including the shutdown configuration when launcjing upsmon -c fsd)
