[Nut-upsuser] Powerware 5110

Charles,
    Just a quick note that I could not use 025_nut-usbups.rules as it 
came too early in the process. Mine is called 52_nut-usbups so that 
it comes after
50-udev.rules  and  51-hotplug.rules
