[Nut-upsuser] Upscode II driver

Upgrade to nut-2.0.5. Older versions sometimes suffer from this problem
when starting up the driver takes longer than expected. However, do verify
that you're able to read the status from the UPS with 'upsc'. If the
driver keeps reporting ups.status 'WAIT' (after upgrading to the latest
NUT) you're in trouble.
