Are you sure your unit supports outlet.2?
ie, validating with an upsc output (sorry for the question, just to be sure ;-))

if your unit supports it, can you:
- post your upsc output
- restart the driver in debug mode (using "-DDD -a"!)
and post  the part when you upsrw (starts with "entering setvar..."
