To fix this, please check the documentation scripts/udev directory in 2.2.0.
I created a stub driver that should read values from your UPS. The SVN
snapshot is here:

Please post the output of 'upsc' after everything is running.
The ideal testing scenario would be to plug some sort of dummy load
into the UPS, and be sure that the computer is powered from another
source. This prevents problems if the driver suddenly turns the UPS
off when the computer isn't ready to shut down.
Once we do a sanity check on the values, I will edit the upsc variable
names so that they match the usual conventions. If all goes well, we
might be able to squeeze this into one of the official releases -
2.2.0 or maybe 2.2.1.
