[Nut-upsuser] NUT 2.2.0 online documentation available

The online documentation has finally been updated, and reworked a bit
for the NUT 2.2.0 release: http://www.networkupstools.org/doc/2.2.0/

As a side note, a complete rewrite of the NUT documentation is
underway, driven by Charles Lepple and using the reStructured Text
format.
This will allow us to consolidate the various documentation sources
(online only, offline only, both online/offline but not synchronized,
...) and to create really useful and comprehensive User and Developer
Manuals.
This should also allow us to setup an rst based wiki to make
maintenance and contribution more easy.
