[Nut-upsuser] Nut fsd command ignored: bcmxcp_usb driver, Powerware 5105 UPS

Thanks for the fast response Charles.

I changed the SHUTDOWNCMD to "/sbin/shutdown -H +1" which gives the
driver 1 minute to send the command but it made no difference.
