[Nut-upsuser] nut 2.0.5-3+b1 reports low battery, previous versions do not

(so far NO messages concerning a lot battery with 2.0.4-4)

I will keep version 2.0.4-4 for now as 2.0.5-3+b1 has some serious bugs.
