Actually, it's getting that from the same place as last time.
Apparently the --without-snmp switch doesn't turn off Net-SNMP
detection, it just controls which drivers are built. (And IMHO the
Net-SNMP flags shouldn't be used in anything other than the NUT SNMP
driver, anyway.)
