I'm pretty sure you didn't look at 'man 8 bestups' yet. It list the ID
line for the Sola 610 (and the format of it) and even has an example of
what to put in it. The ID you're providing doesn't look even remotely to
what the format is, so I warrant a guess that you didn't read this. If
after reading the man page things are still not clear, don hesitate to
come back.
