That's hardly surprising...

If you're lucky enough that your UPS provides enough clues about the type
and modelnumber, it probably could be done. If not (which is not entirely
unlikely), it will not report this and in that case, you're stuck between
an rock and a hard place... :-(

Posting the relevant output of 'lsusb -vvv' is a starter, among the output
from the 'megatec_usb' driver when running in debug mode ('-DDD').
