[Nut-upsuser] Sucess with Powerware 5115A over USB!

Hi Kjell and Daniel,

my relocation and reinstallation is well on the way, and I'm back
(with commit access ;-).
so 2.2.2 is relaunched. If you have anything to test, and that should
enter 2.2.2, do it quickly.

the deb will follow soon, but still no cdbs.

Finally, I should have some news about Powerware's implication in NUT this week.
