Thanks for reporting this, we appreciate feedback like this to keep  
our list of supported devices current.

This is a known problem that is mentioned in the manual page 'man 8 megatec'.

I'm not quite sure I understand what you mean here. Where did you add  
this delay?

Known problem too. Many vendors use this protocol (or something that  
is similar enough to be understood by the megatec driver) without  
fully implementing it.

The config files are not needed, but it would be nice to see:

- the output of 'upsc'
- what you did to make the UPS shutdown

If you can send this, I'll add it to the list of supported devices.
