Hi Rich and Kjell,

just to add a comment that Rich has missed:

we have already gone together through a first pass.
I'm now waiting to receive a unit he had to troubleshout this issue...

I have some changes underway, but I first need to get the unit to validate a
few things.
Note that I've just checked the LanSafe for Linux USB code, and have found
no real difference with our!
