I create fake a UPS daemon for testing purposes that periodically
simulates blackouts. This can help to tune upsmon-s.
Actually it would be a 'upsd' like process but with quite limited
protocol implementation.
The previous version used SET VAR commands to maintain dummy driver's
internal variables but I was not satisfied with it.
