The values reported from the UPS look suspect.

Both battery.voltage and battery.charge look really low for a UPS that  
is running on mains and the ambient.temperature is a bit high. These  
could be correct if the mains voltage has just returned after an  
outage or a battery test was just finished. If this is not the case,  
I'd say the battery is bad and needs to be replaced.
