[Nut-upsuser] how normal is this temporary power loss for a single UPS?

Pretty normal if there are any Prolific usb parts in the path.  Although 69 
seconds is a much longer time frame than I have encountered.  If you are 
using a ser-usb adaptor, I have found the FTDI parts considerably more 
dependable in that regard. YMMV or course.
